Returns Policy


Please note due to the shifting of our warehouse, there is a delay in the processing of returns till the first week of April.  

UnderMyWear believes in providing the highest quality of products, service and customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, it can be returned for a refund within 14 calender days from the date of delivery. Please note that it must be in its original condition: (i) unsoiled) (ii) with the garment labels remaining attached to the garment (iii) undamaged and (iv) in its original packaging.

Please send back the item by recorded delivery with the copy of the invoice and the reason for returning the item to:

Please note consumers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession. We can either refund or exchange for a different size or colour, if you wish to exchange for a different item you will need to return and then re-order. As per your statutory rights you are entitled to 7 day period from the date the order was received to determine if you wish to cancel the order. If you decide that you would like to return the goods during this time we will provide a full refund including the cost of delivery. If the return is outside the 7 days period but within the 14 days you are still entitled to a refund but UnderMyWear will not refund the original cost of delivery unless this was due to an ordering mistake on our side.

Customers returning items are liable for the full cost of delivery to return goods back to UnderMyWear via recorded delivery post, unless the good were faulty, substitutes were provided or there was an order error on our side. Please ensure you receive and retain a proof of recorded post receipt.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the parcel is returned and where parcels have not been received by our returns department, the customer will be required to raise a claim with Royal Mail.

Uncollected goods UnderMyWear reserves the right to re-charge delivery costs if goods are returned to us due to non-collection when delivered and then customer requests a re-delivery.

Refunds will be effected within 14 days and we will email you with confirmation of the refund and refund amount, please note the refund may take several days to show in the applicable account. Replacement items will be delivered in line with our standard delivery times, please check the applicable item for delivery estimations.
