For security purposes, our deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which requires a signature when the package is delivered and also alows you to track the parcel once it has been despatched.

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, it can be returned for a refund within 14 calender days from the date of delivery.
