Step 1 - Bra size:
Measure around the body directly under the bust while wearing a bra. If the measurement is an odd number add 5", if an even number add 4"... e.g. 35" + 5" = 40", 36" + 4" = 40". This is now your bra size.

Step 2 - Cup size:
For the cup size, measure the fullest part of the bust, subtract your bra size from your cup measurement. If there is no difference you require an A cup. Consult the cup size chart below.

No Difference - A Cup

2" (5 cms)       - C Cup

3" (8 cms)       - D Cup

4" (10 cms)     - DD Cup

5" (13 cms)     - E Cup

6" ( 15 cms)    - F Cup
