1) When will I receive my goods? Each Item is marked with an estimated delivery date. We send the items by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery (no items are shipped on Sunday). In instances where the product is not in stock, please allow up to 14 days delivery time, alternately you can email us to check time of delivery as we receive weekly delivery of items. All items delivered will require a signature from the recipient on delivery.
2) How will the goods come? All parcels sent out are in plain packaging with no mention of the contents. The reverse side of the parcel just mentions the company name and our address only, discretion is assured.
3) What do I do if I have ordered the wrong colour or size? Email us straight away and if the good has not been sent, we can then amend your order to your desired colour or size. If the item has already been posted or and delivered then please return specifying the change in size or colour. Once we have received this, we will then exchange this for you. We suggest any item you return to us, you send by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
4) How can I cancel my order? Email or call us straight away.
5) Can I exchange my item or get a refund? Yes you can get a refund but due to hygiene reasons the item you return must be unworn, in its original conditions and with the tags still attached. You can try the underwear on for size but you must keep your own underwear on when you do this. For hygiene reasons no refunds will be given to our briefs/knickers range. Any item you want to exchange or refund must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving the order.
6) What happens if I order several items, all is in stock except for one item? If you have ordered a number of items and one is out of stock, we will ship what we have in stock and place the item not in stock into backorders. We will then send you this item at no extra cost postage wise to you.
7) Which countries do we deliver to? We deliver to most countries all over the world, click on 'Overseas Orders' in the 'Customer Services' Link.
8) What are your shipping charges in UK? We charge £3.50 for postage & packing.
