We offer refund or exchange of items as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item must be undamaged, unworn, in its original condition and with its tag still attached. - The item must be sent back with 14 days of delivery
For hygiene reasons no refund or exchange is given on briefs
To return or exchange an item, please follow the following steps:
- Email us via our contact us page to arrange a return or exchange along with you invoice number and reason for refund/exchange.

Along with your invoice or details of your invoice number, name, address, email address and reason for refund/exchange.
We suggest you return the item by a traceable method and where you get proof of postage from the post office in case there is any loss. We are unable to process the returned item unless we receive it. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
