Payment

You can pay for your sexy underwear by Switch, Maestro, Solo, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and AMEX using Paypal. We do not store or have access to your card details, as all on-line transactions are done via Paypal.

PayPal, is the leader in online payments, they protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the supplier of the merchandise.

We also accept Cheques and Postal Orders. If you decide to pay by cheque, we cannot send any goods before the cheque has cleared. If you decide to pay by Postal order we are able to process and despatch your order once we receive the postal order.

Prices

All the prices are inclusive of VAT.

Postage & Packaging

All items are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Orders that are £50 or above are free of postage & packaging
Orders below £50.00 will be charged at £2.95 for postage & packaging
We only deliver in the UK and will not ship to orders outside the UK

Order

Please note UnderMyWear reserve the right to decline any order and issue a refund. If we believe a customer has ordered an item from our site at an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order, amend the price on the site and give you the option of a refund or re-ordering the product again at the correct price.

Complaints

If you have any reason to complain, please email us from our ‘Contact Us’ form on our site. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
