How much does UK delivery cost & what are your delivery timescales?
UK Delivery starts from £4.10. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days and against each product we have put an estimated disptach time.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use Royal Mail for our UK and International deliveries. We use there recorded delivery service which requires a signature on delivery. In case you require Express Delivery of your order please call our Customer Services team on

What is the returns, refunds & exchanges policy?
You are entitled to a refund or exchange within 14 calender days from the date of delivery. Please note that it must be in its original condition: (i) unsoiled) (ii) with the garment labels remaining attached to the garment (iii) undamaged and (iv) in its original packaging.
How do I return items to for a refund or an exchange?
Return the items by 2nd class recorded delivery to the address at the to of the invoice. Please ensure you receive and retain a proof of recorded post receipt.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return an the goods for a refund or an exchange.
What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK, the Channel Islands, Europe and selected other Worlwide countries. During the order process you will be able to select the country of delivery.
How can I cancel an order before delivery?
If we have not already dispatched your order we may be able to cancel before the goods are delivered to you, please call
020 8749 6134 and speak to our customer service team to verify order status, if you order has already being dispatched you will be required to follow our returns procedure.
